Our Commitment to Safety

Smoking is not permitted on the premises
Children who are unwell must not use the facilities
No food, drinks, sweets, or gum are allowed on the play equipment
Personal items must be left with parents; we cannot accept liability for theft
Sharp objects such as pens, pencils, and jewelry must not be taken into the play areas
No shoes or trainers are allowed in our facility
Parents must supervise children at all times
Our staff have access to first aid equipment
Strollers are NOT allowed in our café and play area
Socks and signed waivers are required for everyone
We reserve the right to deny entry to anyone with a fever or visible cold symptoms
We reserve the right to deny entry to anyone who does not follow our rules and regulations for open play (no refund will be provided)
